Description

Description: THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE FOR A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP). Proposals shall only be accepted from contractors who are a Small Business AND certified in System for Award Management (SAM, https://www.sam.gov/SAM/pages/public/searchRecords/search.jsf). The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), United States Forest Service (USFS), has a requirement for but not limited to the following: LTBMU Roundhill Pines FLTP Project: The Round Hill Pines Phase II project includes re-paving a portion of two-way road (approximately 1300 LF) accessing Round Hill Pines Day Use Area. This work includes, but is not limited to; clearing and grubbing, fill and excavation, rock wall construction, concrete sidewalk and stair installation, aggregate base placement, and asphalt placement. The Day-Use Area will remain open during construction and one-lane traffic control will be required except for during paving. This project will require coordination with the Round Hill Pines Resort special use permit holder, Round Hill LLC Project Location: State of Nevada, County of Douglas, Lake Tahoe Basin Management Unit (LTBMU). Lat/Long - (38.9891834, -119.9495422) Solicitation Number 127EAW21R0028 for this effort will be posted to Beta.Sam.Gov (https://beta.sam.gov/) on or about May 20th, 2021. This solicitation will contain all necessary specifications, drawings and other information necessary submit a proposal for this project. There is currently no official group site visit scheduled. The solicitation will include site visit information if one is deemed necessary. Disclosure of the magnitude of construction projects: The estimated cost of the total project is expected to be between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00.
