- ***AMENDMENT 01*** REMOVE ATTACHMENT 2- NEW CASTLE DRAWINGS AND CHANGE IT TO RESERVED.� THIS DRAWING WAS A DUPLICATE OF ATTACHMENT 3.� PLEASE SIGN AND RETURN THE ORIGINAL SOLICITATION ALONG WITH ALL AMENDMENTS.� ALL OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS REMAIN THE SAME. The project involves the following: Removal of existing pavements and turf grass area for construction of new canopy and R-11 refueler parking. Parking is provided for five (5) trucks. Provide storm water drain piping and electrical for canopy lighting, power reels, gates, controls and receptacles. Entire area is fenced. Canopy is Pre-Engineered Metal Building with spread footing and column pier design; and incidental related work. Funds are not presently available for this contract. Currently, the Government anticipates funds will become available prior to but no later than the bid opening. This action has been identified on the National Guard priority list for award if funds become available and the prices received are within an awardable range. This project is on a secure military facility. All personnel accessing the site will be required to submit personal information for a background investigation with the National Crime Information Center Interstate Identification Index (NCIC-III) and Terrorist Screening Database (TSDB) in accordance with AFI 10-245, AFI 31-101 and AFMAN 31-113. The Government reserves the right to limit access to the facility based on adverse results to the background investigation. All personnel accessing the military facility consent to search of their persons and property. Magnitude of Construction: FAR 36.20(c) - Between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000 Bid Bond: Bid Bond is required. ref: �FAR 52.228-1 Payment Bonds, Performance Bonds, and Insurance will ALL be required after contract award Vendors MUST be registered in SAM at time of proposal. ref: 52.204-7(b)(1) The Site Visit will be conducted in person on a specific date that can be found in SECTION 00100 and FAR Clause 52.236-27
