- *****This requirement is being amended to add qestions and answers.� See attachments for amendment 00001 and Q&A attachment.� Amendment 00001 must be acknowledged by signing the SF30 document and returning with your quote.� The offer due date and time are extended to 12 May 2021 at 4:00 MDT.�� Security Camera Monitoring System Equipment Install at Ellsworth AFB, South Dakota in accordance with the attached Request for Quote and� Performance Work Statement. Note: Ellsworth AFB, SD, will host a site visit on 27 April at 1000 MST. If you are interested in joining, please email SrA with a list of people who plan to attend. If the attending do not already have base access, please�include their date of birth and drivers license number so they can be cleared to receive a visitors pass. Have all�documents emailed to SrA Heeber by Noon MST, Friday 23 April 2021�(b) There will be an opportunity for for questions following the site visit. This period is from 27 April to COB�28 April.� SrA Henry Heeber: Henry.Heeber@us.af.mil Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made�under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation,�either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has�no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.
