This announcement and attached Request for Quote (RFQ) constitutes as the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate solicitation will not be issued.? This solicitation document and incorporated provision and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2021-05?and the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations Supplement, current to DPN 20210224.� This procurement is a 100% small business set-aside and the associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 511210, Software Publishers, with a small size standard of $41.5M. This requirement is a Small Business set-aside and only qualified offerors may submit quotes.�Make sure to read/review and fill out�the�representation�stated in Provision 52.204-24(d)(2).� The resulting award will be a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Type Contract for�Supplies � TOAD for Oracle�in support�of�Marine Corps Logistics Command?(MARCORLOGCOM) aboard Marine Corps Logistics Base Albany, GA.�
