THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS ONLY. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION, NOR REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS/QUOTATIONS.� NO CONTRACT WILL BE AWARDED FROM THIS REQUEST FOR INFORMATION. PLEASE DO NOT REQUEST A COPY OF A SOLICITATION, AS ONE DOES NOT EXIST.�� The 162d Wing Contracting Office located in Tucson, AZ is seeking qualified sources for a potential future requirement.� The purpose of this request for information is to gain knowledge of potentially qualified sources and their size classifications (i.e. Small/Large business, HUBzone, 8(a), etc.).� No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information to this request for information, nor any subsequent exchanges. The anticipated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 811111 with an associated U.S. Small Business Administration size standard of $8M.� The anticipated Product Service Code (PSC) is J025.� Please identify if you believe a more appropriate NAICS/PSC exists. The potential requirement is to provide the following: �Provide all labor, tools, materials, and transportation necessary to accomplish the inspection and repair or replacement of parts for golf carts on a per BPA call basis. Tasks include but not limited to; Grease and inspect front/rear suspension Inspection front/rear wheel bearings Check differential oil level Check, clean, adjust brakes Routine voltage and gravity check Lubricate all switches Check for loose nuts, bolts, etc Clean & protect battery terminals and exterior of the battery Clean/Check battery cables, wires and bolts Fill batteries to correct level Check terminals and nuts Charge/Equalize batteries as needed Maintain battery water levels Inspect forward and reverse switch & lubricate Check function of all switches Check coils or solid state Inflate tires to correct psi & rotate Lubricate charge receptacle Road test Maintain Solar Panels and their energy output Maintain Seat upholstery Places of performance: 162d Wing, 1650 E.
