- LE: 65- NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE SOL: 36C24221Q0759 DUE: 05/23/2021 SET ASIDE: SDVOSB NAICS: 541519 POP STATE: 05/20/2021- 05/20/2022 AGENCY: Department of Veterans Affairs NY Harbor Healthcare Manhattan Campus 423 East 23rd Street New York, NY 10010 Kendall N Jones Kendall.Jones@VA.GOV mailto: kendall.jones@va.gov DESCRIPTION: NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT TO Corps Biologics LLC. The NY Harbor VA Healthcare System is currently seeking to purchase The Carl Zeiss Forum Eye Clinic Software Upgrade for its Ophthalmology Clinic Services under the terms of a Firm Fixed Price Contract. Market research was conducted and determined that Corps Biologics LLC is the only vendor capable of providing supplies necessary that meet the requirements off the NY Harbor Healthcare System Ophthalmology Service. The Government does not anticipate receiving responses to this notice. If parties choose to respond, any cost associated with preparation and submission of data or any other cost incurred in response to this announcement are the sole responsibility of the respondent and will not be reimbursed by the Government All items are manufactured exclusively by Carl Zeiss Corporation and are distributed solely by Corps Biologics LLC its authorized SDVOSB vendor. The vendor is required to deliver see attached list of required items This Notice of Intent is not a request for Proposals or Quotations. No solicitation document exists, and no telephone or email inquiries will be accepted. No contract award will be made on the basis of proposals, or quotations received in response to this notice. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement and should furnish detailed data concerning their capabilities to provide services sought including pricing data and technical data sufficient enough to determine that a comparable source to the government is available. The government may consider all Expressions of Interest received prior to May 13th, 2021. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Responses to this notice must be emailed to kendall.jones@va.gov and received by 1300 hours EST on May 13th , 2021. Submitters are responsible for ensuring their EOI reaches the designated contracting officer on-time.
