Issuing Office: DLA Distribution Acquisition Operations (J7) 430 Mifflin Avenue, Suite 3102A New Cumberland, PA 17070-5008 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 in conjunction with Part 13.5 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.� This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) and the solicitation number is SP3300-21-Q-0068. Questions regarding this RFQ shall be submitted by electronic mail to the Acquisition Specialist, Paul Holbert, via email at paul.holbert@dla.mil, Subject: SP330021-Q-0068 RFQ Question. Question(s) must be received by 1:00 PM EST on 14 May 2021. Quotes are due on May 28, 2021 at 1:00 PM EDT.� See page 16 of the�combined synopsis/solicitation, number SP330021Q0068 attached. This notice incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2021-05 effective 10 March 2021 and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) Publication Notice (DPN) 20210224 effective 24 February 2021 and Defense Logistics Acquisition Directive (DLAD) Current to Revision 5 and PROCLTR 2021-05 effective 28 January 2021.� This RFQ is being issued to establish a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) Purchase Order for the requirement to provide EMS Director Services Support at DLA Distribution Susquehanna, Fire and Emergency Services (FES), New Cumberland, Pennsylvania. The Government intends to award a purchase order as a result of this RFQ and will be issued on a Standard Form (SF) 1449. This acquisition is not a Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) rated procurement. This RFQ is being solicited under full and open competition.
