- This is a Solicitation Notice of the construction of breeding kennels and support facilities at the Criadero Caballar Mancilla. Colombia.� Place of performance: Colombian National Police CNP Facilities, Criadero Caballar Mancilla. Located near the town of Facatativa, Department of Cundinamarca Colombia. The site is located 49 km from Bogota and can be accessed by road. Period of Performance: 180 calendar days from issuance of the Notice to Proceed (NTP) Order of Magnitude: Between $500,000 and $1,000,000. Competition Procedures: Full and Open (unrestricted). Basis of Award: Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) Contract Type: Firm-Fixed-Price Places of Performance: 1. Colombian National Police (CNP) Aviation school, located in Mariquita, Tolima, Colombia Amendment #1 with its supporting documents are hereby attached as of May 06, 2021.
