- Description
- The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution, MDC Los Angeles, intends to issue solicitation 15B60621Q10000001 for the requirements of QUARTERLY MEAT/SUBSTANCE. This solicitation is restricted, set aside 100% for Small Businesses, FOB Destination, and the delivery date will be between July 1st and July 20th, 2021. Deliveries will be made to the Metropolitan Detention Center Los Angeles (MDC LA), 535 N. Alameda Street, Los Angeles, CA 90012. The contract type is a firm-fixed price. The Government reserves the right to make multiple awards and will award to the responsible vendor(s) who's offer conforming to the solicitation is considered the most advantageous to the Government, with past performance and price considered equally. The solicitation will be made available on or around�May 6�, 2021 and will be posted to https://beta.sam.gov website. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available. This site provides downloading instructions. All future information about this solicitation, including amendments and award information will be distributed solely through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information about this solicitation. Quotes will be due on��May 18th., 2021 , at 1:00 a.m. Pacific Daylight Time/Los Angeles Time Zone. The Government reserves the right to make payment using either Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) or the Government Purchase Card.� Each vendor is required to be registered with the System for Award�� Management (SAM); information can be obtained at www.sam.gov. Each offeror is required per FAR52.212-3 to complete their representations and certifications via the on-line Representations and Certifications Applications (ORCA) at http://orca.bpn.gov. Faith-Based and Community Based Organizations can submit quotations equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible.
