- Description
- The Federal Correctional Institution in Danbury CT., intends to issue a solicitation for the Quarterly Requirements of Subsistence for Religious Diet/Kosher.� This solicitation is restricted to 100% Small Business, FOB Destination.� Delivery dates will begin July 1, 2021 (all items are a one-time shipment and must be received by the month of July 2021).� Deliveries will be made to FCI Danbury, 33 � Pembroke Road, Danbury CT., 06811.� The proposed contract type is a Firm Fixed Price.� The Government reserves the right upon award to make formal single or multiple awards.� Awards will be based equally on price and past performance.� The Government will award to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, which is considered to be most advantageous to the Government.� All responsible sources may submit a quote.� Quoters are always expected to: Deliver the product on the time as agreed. Deliver the precise quantity requested. Submit the invoice at the exact prices quoted, and only after full delivery.
