- SOURCE SOUGHT NOTICE SEMI-ANNUAL GEO-THERMAL SYSTEM MAINTENANCE This is a Sources Sought Notice; it is not a Request for Quote or Proposal. The VA Maryland Health Care System, Perry Point seeks interested sources to provide semi-annual factory maintenance on its geo-thermal system. Models are as follows: There are seven Climate Master Tranquility 27 (TT) Water-Source Heat Pump Systems (WSHP) There are four Armstrong 4380 Pumps Description of Work: Perform Semi-Annual Factory Inspection/Maintenance per factory O&M on Climate Master WSHP s. Include replacing the filters. Perform Semi-Annual Factory Inspection/Maintenance per factory O&M on Armstrong 4380 Pumps. Complete factory O&M Checklist form for each piece of equipment. Report any deficiencies in writing to the COR. Provide a quote to correct any deficiencies to the COR. Clean area of work-related debris. Coordinate with the COR for any equipment that will need to be taken offline to perform work maintenance above. Vendors will not receive formal notification or feedback on any information submitted in this Sources Sought Notice. All future proposed submissions, solicitations requirements solicited on a Government Point of Entry (GPE) will be evaluated independent of any information submitted in response to this Sources Sought Notice. No vendor will be provided information on solicitations issued on a Government Point of Entry based on this Sources Sought Notice. Scope of Work: The vendor will provide all necessary labor, materials, necessary to perform the Preventive maintenance and semi-annual inspections on the reference equipment. Potential Sources shall provide their Capability Statement and it must be clear, concise, and complete. Interested contractors should respond to this notice via email to Michelle.Brown1@va.gov, using the subject GEO-THERMAL SYSTEM MAINTENANCE, PERRY POINT by May 13, 2021 at 2:00pm, and provide: Its DUNS number. VIP verification standing, if any. GSA contract number, if applicable. Please limit response to 10 pages The anticipated date of a solicitation is May 20, 2021, using NAICS CODE 238220, Plumbing, Heating and Air-Conditioning Contractors, size $16.5 million. There is no other information available at this time. Responses to this notice may be used in determining an appropriate set-aside. Thank you for your interest.
