- Cooling Tower Replacement Eugene J. Towbin VA Hospital 2200 Fort Roots Drive North Little Rock, AR 72114 Pre-solicitation Contractor shall provide all material, labor, tools, expertise, and supervision in the construction of replacing the cooling tower at the Eugene J. Towbin VA Hospital at 2200 Fort Roots Drive North Little Rock, Arkansas 72114. This project involves the demolition and replacement of the existing closed-circuit cooling tower serving Building 190 on the Fort Roots campus. The contract period of performance is 60 days following the lead time to buy equipment. The dollar magnitude for this project is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. The NAICS Code that will be used is 236220 with a size standard of $39.5 million. This is a 100% set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) concern. All offerors must be registered in VETBIZ at http://www.vip.vetbiz.gov under NAICS Code 236220 to be eligible for award. You must register as an Interested Vendor at the contract opportunities website for this solicitation. The contractor must also be registered to receive email notifications. Amendments to this solicitation will not be mailed but will be posted at the contract opportunities website. Offerors are responsible for obtaining the solicitation from contract opportunities and acknowledging all amendments. The point of contact for this solicitation will be the Contracting Officer Brad Martin at Bradley.Martin@va.gov. Telephone request will NOT be accepted. The anticipated solicitation issue date will be on or about April 23, 2021.
