DEBAKEY VA MEDICAL CENTER (VAMC), HOUSTON, TEXAS REQUEST FOR INFORMATION 36C25621Q0831 BACKGROUND: The Biloxi, MS VAMC has a requirement for the following brand name or equal supplies: Manufacturer Stock# Description Oakworks OAK75205T01 CFPM400 Series Treatment Tables by Oakworks C-Arm Imaging Table Minimum technical specs must be provided to meet the requirements: - 56"" metal-free imaging space - Four movements controlled by hand pendant - Height adjustable from 26"" to 44"" - Includes 4"" locking casters, crescent face rest pad and patient safety straps - 500-lb. maximum weight capacity REQUESTED RESPONSES: The intent of this Request for Information is to establish sources in order to define the procurement strategy.
