- SOLICITATION NO. N40085-21-R-0052 DESIGN-BID- BUILD, P-1043 WATER TREATMENT PLANT REPLACEMENT, HADNOT POINT, MARINE CORPS BASE, CAMP LEJEUNE, NORTH CAROLINA This project constructs an 8 million gallons per day (MGD) w ater treatment facility that utilizes membrane filtration technology. The membrane filtration technology w ill better enable compliance with current and future regulatory requirements in addition to addressing possible salt water intrusion into the w ater supply aquifers.� Provide adequate and environmentally compliant supply of potable water to meet the domestic, industrial, and fire protection requirements of Marine Corps Base, Camp Lejeune.
