Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, �Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items,� as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.� This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This solicitation, N63394-21-Q-0011, is a request for quotations (RFQ).� The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2021-05 dated 03/10/2021. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 334118.� Product Service Code (PSC) is 7B21.� As referenced in the Sources Sought Notice (N63394-20-Q-0030), this requirement is intended to be a Sole Source contract with ScioTeq LLC, CAGE: 4DL36.� Material Description: The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Port Hueneme Division (NSWC PHD) intends to enter into a Firm Fixed Price contract for the purchase of Flat Panel Displays, P/N K9349205, Model FD-361, 24-Inch Rugged LCD, +12VDC, 1920 x 1200, Multi-Touch, for a total quantity of 739.� CLIN 0001 � Base Quantity Flat Panel Display, P/N K9349205, FD-361, 24� Rugged LCD, +12VDC, 1920 x 1200, Multi-Touch, Qty 453 each. CLIN 0002 � Estimated Ground Shipping, if applicable. CLIN 0003 � Option Quantity 1 Flat Panel Display, P/N K9349205, FD-361, 24� Rugged LCD, +12VDC, 1920 x 1200, Multi-Touch, Qty 286 each.
