Description

On or about 23 May 2021, the Regional Health Contracting Office-Central, Fort Sam Houston, TX intends to issue a sole source contract to Medtronic USA Inc. for Annual Preventive Maintenance for a new O-Arm Surgical Imaging System at the San Antonio Military Medical Center, Fort Sam Houston, TX. The period of performance is 23 May 2021 to 22 May 2023. This notice is neither a request for quotes nor a solicitation of offers; however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, which shall be considered by the agency. The capability statement shall include information of sufficient detail to demonstrate that they are able to provide similar annual preventive maintenance services.
