- The United States Coast Guard, Surface Forces Logistics Centers, Long Range Enforcer - Contracts & Procurement Branch 2, ALAMEDA, CA will be awarding this contract via Sole Source, to Allied Systems and this posting id is for informational purposes only. However if you feel this is not a sole source, please reach out to the PO listed: Scope of Work: CGC MIDGETT Starboard Crane Technical Assistance Background: Cutter discovered binding of the crane sheaves. Tech assistance is needed to determine course of action and required parts for repairs. Statement of Work: 1.�������� Tech to Travel and provide required days of on-site assist and repairs on CGC MIDGETT to bring the Starboard Davit back to operational status. 2.�������� Tech to install required parts and groom system. 3.�������� Provide CFR for any additional labor or parts required. No parts and additional labor permitted until approved by Contracting Officer. 4.�������� Provide operational test of the system. Parts: ����������� Not yet identified. ����������� Note: tech rep needs to be wearing a mask, monitoring body temperature and reporting any Covid-19 symptoms. Location: CGC MIDGETT 400 Sand Island Access PWKWY Honolulu, HI, 96819 OEM: �� ALLIED Vendor will provide all labor and parts listed in the Schedule. NAICS Code #336611 applies to this procurement. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. No solicitation will be issued, however all responses received on/before 0800 AM PST for 70Z08521NP45E8300 �will be reviewed by the Government. A determination not to compete this proposed contract based on the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals.
