Description: The U.S. Government Publishing Office (GPO) intends to issue a sole source contract in accordance with MMAR 6.302-1 to Salient CRGT (SCRGT) to upgrade GPO's existing Oracle GBIS platform to support integration with the Department of Treasury Bureau of the Fiscal Service G-Invoicing system.�All Federal agencies will be mandated to adopt G-Invoicing by October 1, 20222.� in order to avoid�unacceptable delays in fulfilling the agency's requirements�a sole source procurement is being awarded to SCRGT.
