- Comparative Analysis of Predation of the threatened desert tortoise This action is set-aside for 100% small business participation. The NAICS code is 541990 with the associated size standard of $15.0 milion This procurement follows the procedures outlined in FAR Parts 12 and 13. Potential offerors must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM.gov) at the time quote/offer submission. Potential offerors are required to complete and return with their quote/offer FAR provisions 52.204-24 and 52.204-26. Note to Potential Offerors: Award will be made using price and other factors such as Experience and Past Performance. Each offeror must submit sufficient documentation for the USGS to evaluate their experience and past performance. Failure to provide the requested information may result in removal from further consideration. Submission of Quote/Offer: Quotations/Offers shall only be accepted through electronic mail addressed to Tracy Huot thuot@usgs.gov.
