- See attached Solicitation Amendment 0001 for all updates and separately attached Attachment 0001.� Solicitation closing date is extended from May 10, 2021 at 6:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) to May 24, 2021 6:00 PM EST. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ The attached solicitation is intended to result in the award of a single requirements contract for the estimated supplies specified.� The resulting contract will establish pricing to be utilized through issuance of delivery orders for discrete quantities for the period stated in the schedule.� The Government bears no responsibility to issue an initial minimum order upon base contract award.� For further guidance related to a Requirements type contract, see FAR clause 52.216-21, Requirements. This�solicitation is for: Noun:� Tow Bar, Motor Vehicle NSN:� 4910-01-554-7296 Manufacturer P/N:� 106900 Government P/N:� 12424566 5 Year Long Term Contract (LTC) Type of Contract:� Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Requirements� Estimated Annual�Quantity:�1,501 each� Anticipated delivery order quantity:� 396 each Procurement is sole source to HDT Expeditionary Systems, Inc. (HDT) Technical Data Package (TDP):� Distribution Level:� A The TDP is uploaded with this solicitation.� The TDP was approved on June 13, 2019. Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Clause 52.246-11 Higher Level Contract Quality System is required. �Contractor must be ISO 9001:2015 compliant. First Article Test (FAT) is not required for HDT.� All responsible sources may submit a proposal which, if timely received, shall be considered.� Proposals must be submitted via email to the Contract Specialist, Karen.L.Kennedy26.civ@mail.mil with the subject header:� Proposal Submission � W56HZV-21-R-0038 (Company Name) electronically.� Once a proposal is received, the Contract Specialist will reply to the respective offeror stating receipt of proposal submission.
