- RFQ# 36C26221Q0735 VETERANS HEALTH ADMINISTRATION LOMA LINDA HEALTHCARE SYSTEM Vyntus Spirometry System: Pulmonary Function Testing System This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial supplies/services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. The combined synopsis/solicitation is qualified vendors under NAICS Code 334112 or related to. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a request for quotes under solicitation number: 36C26221Q0735. The Department of Veterans Affairs Loma Linda Healthcare System has a requirement for a brand name Vyaire Vyntus Pulmonary Function Testing System. This requirement is being solicited as an SDVOSB Set-Aside. The successful SDVOSB contractor shall be an authorized distributor of the Vyntus Spirometry Pulmonary Function Testing System.
