- Description
- The Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization,� (DITCO-PL8321), Scott Air Force Base, Illinois, intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Nlign Analytics, Inc., 5050 Section Avenue, Suite 110, Cincinnati, Ohio 45212 USA, for the procurement of Nlign software support renewal.� The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 USC 2304(c)(1), only one responsible source and no other supplies and services will satisfy agency requirements. �Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to provide Nlign software support renewal by submitting clear evidence that they are an authorized reseller, and their capability to provide/perform within 3 days of the posting of this notice.� This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.� Suppliers may provide correspondence via email at the following address: betty.a.burris4.civ@mail.mil.� All responsible sources will be considered for evaluating the determination to issue a sole source purchase order.� A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.� The NAICS Code for this procurement is 511210.
