- NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE: Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Network Contracting Office 2 (NCO 2) intends to award a sole source contract award to SANIGLAZE INTL LLC, 4526 LENOX AVE., JACKSONVILLE, FL 32205 for restoration 15,092 square feet of tiled floors previously restored with SaniGlaze products throughout the James J. Peters Veterans Affairs Medical Center located at 130 W. Kingsbridge Road, Bronx, New York 10468 to be completed within 6 months of award. Restoration services shall include, cleaning of tile and grout, minor repairs to damaged tiles and grout, and application of sealer that is compatible with SaniGLAZE products currently in place where required. NAICS Code is 561720 (Janitorial services) with a Small Business Size Standard of $19.5 million. The classification code is S299 House Keeping - Other. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES; however, any firm that believes it can meet the requirements above, may give written notification prior to the response due date and time. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to perform the requirements. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. If no responses are received, the Government will proceed with the award. Responses are due by May 20, 2021 at 4:00 p.m. (ET). Responses shall be submitted via e-mail to Michael Spivack@va.gov .
