- Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Atlantic intends to award a single-source contract to Informa Tech Holdings LLC, 121 South Tejon Street, Suite 1100, Colorado Springs, CO 80903 to provide support for the HDI Support Center of Excellence Audit Renewal. Description: The Help Desk Institute (HDI) Center of Excellence Revalidation Audit is an end-to-end analysis of the Naval Information Warfare Systems Command (NAVWARSYSCOM) Atlantic Integrated Service Center, Service Desk (ISC) to meet or exceed HDI (industry) best practices for ISC Service Desks. The audit is a multi-day event (see on-site assessment schedule) comparing all aspects of the ISC against industry best practices. The NAVWARSYSCOM Atlantic ISC's strategic goal is to validate the ISC as an HDI Center of Excellence / Certified Support Center. The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Priced delivery order for this requirement. This action is conducted under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), soliciting from a single source under the Simplified Acquisition Threshold. Period of Performance: 01-24-2022 to 03-24-2022 This is a notice of intent and is not a request for competitive quotes. Interested firms must identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement no later than five (5) days after this notice posts. A solicitation will not be posted. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Responses and/or questions should be directed to Nicole Middleton, Contract Specialist at NIWC Atlantic by 3:00 PM EST 21 May 2021. The Government will accept responses via email at: nicole.middleton@navy.mil. This notice is also posted on the NIWC e-Commerce website at https://e-commerce.sscno.nmci.navy.mil.
