- Description
- The Indian Health Service (IHS), Portland Area Office intends to award one (1) firm fixed price purchase order for Pharmacy Will-Call System to a single source, GSL Solutions, Inc in pursuant to FAR subpart 13.106-1 (b). �The Lease of GSL IntelliCab and IntelliVault Pharmacy Will-Call systems includes Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) bins and hardware that is proprietary to GSL. This is the only firm that provides this type of solution. GSL solutions hold the patients to this Will- Call System. The only available source that is available that is able to complete the contract requirement is the GSL Solutions, Inc. The NAICS code is 532490 and the small business size is $32.5M.� All responsible sources may submit a capability statement in which shall be considered by the agency. Responses shall be received by May 12, 2021, 10:00 AM, (PST) in order to be considered. Email responses to Allan.Gaerlan @ihs.gov, with the subject line entitled, �75H71321Q00015-Pharmacy Will-Call System�. �Questions must be submitted via e-mail to Allan.Gaerlan @ihs.gov, one day before the closing due date and time. Disclaimer and Important Notes:� This notice does not obligate the Government to award a contract. Any information provided by industry to the Government as a result of notice is strictly voluntary. Responses will not be returned. No entitlements to payment of direct or indirect costs or charges to the Government will arise because of contractor submission of responses or the Government's use of such information or otherwise pay for the information provided in response. The Government reserves the right to use information provided by respondents for any purpose deemed necessary and legally appropriate. Any organization responding to this notice should ensure that its response is complete and sufficiently detailed to allow the Government to determine the organization's qualifications to perform the work; also, Respondents must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Respondents are advised that the Government will be under no obligation to acknowledge receipt of the information received or provide feedback to respondents with respect to any information submitted. After a review of the responses received, a pre-solicitation synopsis and solicitation may be published on a government GPE. However, responses to this notice will not be considered adequate responses to a solicitation. Confidentiality: No proprietary, classified, confidential, or sensitive information should be included in your response. The Government reserves the right to use any non-proprietary technical information in any resultant solicitation(s).
