Description

THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY. This notice does not constitute a commitment by the Government.  All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary; the Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for costs incurred in developing information provided to the Government. The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, North Florida / South Georgia Veterans Health System is searching for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned SB (SDVOSB) firms who have demonstrated design and construction experience under B/B Contract, with the ability to replace deteriorated domestic water shutoff valves. The VA is searching for firms who can complete the design and perform the construction. Project Overview: The contractor shall completely prepare site building operations, including demolition and removal of existing structures, and furnish labor and materials and perform work for the expansion and renovation of the Cardiothoracic Intensive Contractor Care Unit located on the First Floor of the Malcom Randall VA Medical Center located in Gainesville, FL as required by drawing and specifications. (See attached SOW) Please submit, via email to amber.milton@va.gov an interest and past performance that demonstrates the one can perform the above scope of work. Any technical questions please contact: marco.lopez2@va.gov. The Government may use the responses to this Sources Sought for information and planning purposes and will be posted on BETA SAM for 30 calendar days beginning 5/11/2021 and ending on 6/04/2021 This Sources Sought is only for the purpose of identifying potential sources.
