- ��� Advertisement��� ������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������ GSA Public Buildings Service � U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Virginia City: Multiple Delineated Area: Northern Virginia, including the counties of Arlington, Alexandria, Fairfax, and Prince William, and a portion of Loudon County. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 44,820 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 44,820 Space Type: Office/Warehouse and related space Parking Spaces (Total): 150 Parking Spaces (Surface): 150 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 150 Full Term: 10 years Firm Term: 10 years Option Term: N/A Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.� A fully serviced lease is required.� Offered space shall not be in the 100-year flood plain. Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunications prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).� ).� For more information, visit: https://acquisition.gov/FAR-Case-2019-009/889_Part_B. The U.S. Government currently occupies office/warehouse and related space in a building under a lease in Alexandria, VA that will be expiring.� The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous.� In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government�s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime. Expressions of interest should include the following concerning potential properties: 1.� Building name and address; 2.� Location of space in the building and date of availability;� 3.� ANSI/BOMI office area (ABOA) square-feet offered and rental rate per ABOA square foot, full service, meeting GSA�s building shell requirements;�� 4.� Rentable square feet (RSF) offered and rental rate per rentable square foot, full service, meeting GSA�s building shell requirements; 5.� Name, address, telephone number, and email address of authorized contact; 6.� Scaled floor plans (as built) identifying offered space; 7.� Information on project and building ownership. The Government's decision regarding whether to consider building�s other than the incumbent will be based, in part, on information received in response to this notification.� In the event that a potentially acceptable offer fails to provide required information as part of its response to this notification, the Government reserves the right to assume that the building in question cannot meet the Government�s requirements.
