- ***THIS SOLICIATION IS FOR CURRENT CONTRACT HOLDERS UNDER THE MARINE CORPS LARGE PROJECTS MACC SERIES N4008520D00320036*** The proposed project constructs a low-rise Marine Corps Reserve Center with concrete slab on grade and concrete block and steel frame building with architectural masonry exterior and sloped standing seam metal roof. Building includes an armory, drill hall, lockers and showers, classrooms, fitness center, supply storage, offices, and a covered weapons cleaning area. Additionally, the proposed project constructs a low-rise, Vehicle Maintenance Facility with concrete slab on grade and concrete block and steel frame with sloped standing seam metal roof. Building includes four vehicle bays, offices, classrooms, and welding shop.
