- THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT INQUIRY ONLY!!! The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 16, in Fayetteville, AR is seeking potential sources capable of providing software maintenance and support for the Primary and Shadow interfaces for the Central Arkansas VA Healthcare System (CAVHS) located in Little Rock, AR. The proposed NAICS code for this requirement is 511210, with a small business size standard of $41.5 Million. The attached Statement of Work provides details of the work to be performed, the standards to be met, and the regulatory guidance to be complied with. If your organization is capable of meeting the requirements of the Statement of Work, and is an authorized distributor, dealer, or retailer of this specific brand (Data Innovations) of equipment and software, you may indicate your interest in providing these services by providing the following information: Business Name Point of Contact DUNS Number Capability Statement (no more than 2 pages) In accordance with Veterans Affairs Acquisition Regulation clause 852.212-72, all interested parties must provide documentation from the manufacturer confirming you are a regular dealer, distributor, and/or retailer of Data Innovations products, in order to be eligible for award of a contract for these services.
