Ft. (ABOA): 500,365 ABOA SF Space breakout as follows: Office � 159,990 ABOA SF Light Industrial � 218,171 ABOA SF Warehouse � 122,205 ABOA SF Maximum Rentable Sq. Ft. (RSF):�538,000 RSF Space Type:�Mixed Use: Office / Light Industrial / Warehouse Parking Spaces (Total): 1,021 Parking Spaces (Surface): 1,006 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 15 Full Term: 20 years Firm Term:�15 years Option Term:�N/A Additional Requirements: Subleases will not be considered. Space adaptable to efficient layout and workflow The Government requires �24 hours a day, 7 days a week access to the space. Offered space shall be contiguous. Light Industrial and Warehouse must be contiguous and can only be located on ground level. The Light Industrial space requires a ceiling clearance of at least 15 feet. The Warehouse space requires a ceiling clearance of at least 30 feet. Offered space must be able to meet Government requirements contained in both Prospectus PIN-01-JE21 and in the RLP/Lease to be issued, including but not limited to requirements for fire and life safety, security, accessibility, seismic, energy and sustainability standards per the terms of the RLP and Lease.� ��A fully serviced lease is required.� Offered space shall not be in the 500-year flood plain.
