Description

The mission of the Defence Media Activity (DMA)�is to provide a wide variety of information products to the entire DoD family (Active, Guard, and Reserve Military Service members, dependents, retirees, DoD civilians, and contract employees) and external audiences through all available media, including, motion and still imagery; print; radio; television; Web and related emerging Internet, mobile, and other communication technologies.� The mission requires access and rights to use all material available from Network News Services.� DMA will acquire media from satellite, fiber and downloadable means.� All media used is in support of the Department of Defense command information policies and interests. Video recorded in foreign countries where top level leaders travel and conducts press events is an example of media we�ve received from previous contracts.�� All media is used for news stories, live streaming, broadcast on AFRTS and a variety of social platforms using multi-media production.��
