- The United States Marshals Service (USMS) Home Intrusion Detection Systems (HIDS) Program provides residential alarm services to Federal judicial officials, these officials are probable candidates of targeted violence. Provide the HIDS program with home security system equipment. Services shall include site surveys and new HIDS installation for program residences and 3G to 5G/LTE upgrades for existing residences.
