- ***AMENDMENT TO SPECIAL NOTICE, 14 MAY 2021*** This amendment to the Special Notice does NOT constitute a request for proposal, request for quote, or invitation for bid. In accordance with FAR Subpart 15.201, Exchanges with industry before receipt of proposals, NAVFAC Mid-Atlantic is providing the complete drawings and specifications for P-095 in the interest of getting industry feedback. All feedback (including questions, concerns, and issues) shall be documented on the provided Attachment �Drawings and Specs Feedback� spreadsheet and submitted via email to Jonathan Durham, jonathan.durham@navy.mil, Rachel Honecker, Rachel.honecker@navy.mil, and Holly Snow, holly.snow@navy.mil, no later than 4 June 2021. The government is in no way obligated to use the feedback submitted in response to this posting to make any changes to the requirements, specifications, or drawings; but may do so if it is determined to be in the government�s best interest.
