- 1. This Request for Quotation (RFQ) will result in a Firm-Fixed Price purchase order for the following requirement: Noun:�Strap, Shoulder Anchor NSN:�8465-01-568-9658 Part #:�806650-01 Quantity: 74 Each 2 . All�offers�submitted�in�response�to�this�RFQ�shall�be�valid�for a minimum of calendar 60 days following the offer due date. 3. There is a Technical Data Package (TDP) associated with this requirement. It is Distribution Code ""C"", which limits access to Department of Defense (DoD) & U.S. DoD contractors. Please refer to Section C for additional information and directions on how to access this documentation. 4. A First Article Test (FAT) is required before production can commence under this procurement per guidance by Combat Capabilities Development Command - Chemical Biological Center (CCDC-CBC) Engineering and Quality Assurance personnel. See section E for additional information. 5. The Government requires Military Packaging - Level A and has associated Special Packaging Instructions (SPIs) for this procurement.� Please refer to Section D for additional information. 6. All shipments will be Free on Board (FOB) Destination to the following address: XU BLUE GRASS ARMY DEPOT XU GEN SUP STORAGE PT CRP WHSE 211 431 BATTLEFIELD MEMORIAL HIGHWAY RICHMOND, KY, 40475-5070 NOTE: The contractor is authorized to ship early with no quantity restrictions when at no additional cost to the Government. 7 . Please acknowledge all amendments to this solicitation in the space provided under A.5. Include the number and date of each amendment. 8. This solicitation contains provisions and clauses that require you, the Offeror, to complete fill-ins and/or representations. Please review and complete all such fill-ins.� Your offer may be determined ineligible for award if these fill-ins and representations are not completed. 9.
