- Description
- PURPOSE: The Nashville District U.S. Army Corps of Engineers intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) solicitation to furnish and deliver a boat trailer to the US Army Corps of Engineers, Nashville District.� This is a Pre-solicitation Notice. This Notice is being issued for planning and informational purposes only. This notice is not a solicitation, nor is it to be construed as a commitment by the Government. The Government will not pay for any effort expended in responding to this notice, nor will the Government accept proposals as a result of this Notice. The Scope of Work for this Requirement will only be available upon solicitation issuance. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The Nashville District U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) anticipates a requirement for a firm fixed-price commercial supply contract. Contractor shall provide a trailer similar or equal to a Boatmaster Commercial Gooseneck Trailer �and shall be designed for use with the boat described as follows:� Year: 2014, Make: North River 26, Serial No: NRB25194B414.� PLACE OF DELIVERY: U.S. Army Corps of Engineers 1180 Cinder Road Old Hickory, TN 37138 United States DELIVERY DATE: The boat trailer and all accessories shall be delivered NLT July 30, 2021.� The Contractor shall allow a 7-day performance fitting with boat to ensure proper fitting is allowed. If any discrepancies are found during that performance period, the NAICS CODE AND SBA SIZE STANDARD: The NAICS code for this project is 336212 with a size standard of 1000 employees. TYPE OF SET-ASIDE: The solicitation will be 100% small business set aside. SOLICITATION AND CONTRACT TYPE: The Government intends to award a Firm- Fixed Price supply contract. SOLICITATION RELEASE DATE: The anticipated release date for this solicitation is 19 May 2021. More specifically, ""An Offeror is required to be registered in SAM when submitting an offer or quotation, and shall continue to be registered until time of award, during performance, and through final payment of any contract, basic agreement, basic ordering agreement, or blanket purchasing agreement resulting from this solicitation.""
