- The Department of Veterans Affairs, VHA Regional Office Procurement Office Central, Network Contracting Office 10, located at 260 East University Avenue, 2nd Floor, Cincinnati, OH 45219 intends to award a sole source, firm-fixed-price contract to Par Excellence Systems, INC., 11500 Northlake Drive, Suite 135, Cincinnati, OH 45249, Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), who provided the original service to the Cincinnati VAMC. A new support service agreement is required and only Par Excellence Systems can provide services as they were the OEM on the previous contract and do not allow third party vendors to perform work on any equipment/services/supplies originally provided by Par Excellence Systems. Therefore, it is the Government's intention to solicit and negotiate with only this source. The associated North American Classification Systems (NAICS) Code is 541990. Requirement: Item Description 1 Support Services This notice of satisfies the requirement at FAR 5.201(b)(1), publicize the proposed contract action. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. No solicitation documents are available currently available at this time. Interested parties may give written notice to Dionna.JonesBanks@va.gov by 4:00pm e.s.t. on May 18, 2021. Supporting evidence must be furnished in detail to demonstrate the ability to meet the subject requirement. This information shall be provided at no cost or obligation to the Government. Responses will be considered by the Government; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed acquisition based on responses of this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
