Description

Special Notice is hereby issued of the Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) Southwest�s intent to award on a sole source basis to Dynatest North America, Inc., a contract to provide maintenance, testing, troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repair of Heavy Weight Deflectometer (HWD) Model 8081. The HWD assembly list includes Dynatest proprietary items that require specially trained personnel with the proper equipment. This sole source requirement meets the conditions of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1), only one responsible source has been identified as reasonably available to provide the supplies that will satisfy the agency requirement.�This Special Notice does NOT constitute a Solicitation or commit the Government to contract for any supply or service. Firms that believe they can fully meet the Government�s requirements may submit substantiating documentation in writing by answering the attached questionnaire, and returning the completed questionnaire to Sunshine Hernandez via email: sunshine.hernandez@navy.mil.�
