The purpose of this Pre-Solicitation Modification is to cancel this requirement entirely. The Lexington VA Healthcare System will no longer be pursuing a Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC), Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract, for construction services as stated in the original Notice. This Pre-Solicitation Modification states a Response Date/Time though responses are not required. This is simply a notice to alert all interested parties that this requirement has been cancelled and that no action will be pursued. Responses are not required for this notice.
