- The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS) is soliciting quotes for supply of autoclave pouches and bags of various sizes and colors. See attached Solicitation for details. This solicitation is issued as a total small business set-aside. The Government anticipates awarding a firm-fixed-price indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) type contract. The appropriate NAICS code for this procurement is 326111 with a small business size standard of 750 employees. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
