- THIS SOURCES SOUGHT/REQUEST FOR INFORMATION IS ISSUED FOR INFORMATION AND PLANNING PURPOSES ONLY AND IS NOT CONSIDERED A SOLICITATION. The purpose of this sources sought/RFI is to gain knowledge of businesses that are capable of fulfilling the following work requirement. Statement of Work Boiler O2 Sensor Interface VA Boston Healthcare System, Jamaica Plain Background: Provide all labor and material to perform the following: Connect existing O2 analyzers on Boilers 1, 2, and 3 to existing interface. Install 4 copper tubing and fittings from analyzers to move them down to operator eye level for test gas connections. Verify all operations of boilers and O2 analyzers. Contractor will be required to have a non-enabled PIV card. Contractor will be escorted throughout their tenure on site. Place of Performance: 150 South Huntington Avenue, Boston, MA Period of Performance: 2 weeks. Options are not involved.
