- Pacific Northwest Research Starkey Experimental Forest, intend to issue a firm fixed price, sole source award to Vectronic Aerospace Inc., 3292 Ridgeway Drive, Suite C, Coralville, IA 52241 for GPS Telemetry Collars. This procurement is being conducted under FAR Subpart 13.106-1(b)(1).� Vectronic Aerospace had the available product meeting required specifications.� It is most advantaeous to the Government to use Vectronic Aerospace Incorporated equipment. If you feel that this information can be done by another contractor feel free to contact me.
