Description

Veterans Integrated Services Network (VISN) 15 intends to issue Request for Quotations (RFQ) 36C25521Q0173. The Veterans Health Care System of Marion VAMC, Illinois has a requirement for Acute Hemodialysis Services. The contractor shall be responsible for an On-site Acute/Chronic Hemodialysis Services to support its delivery of surgical and in-patient healthcare to veterans who require routine dialysis care at the Marion, IL VAMC, 2401 West Main, Marion, IL 62959. This will include all inpatient hemodialysis needs, both acute and/or chronic on a 24/7 basis. The duration of the requirement is anticipated to be a five-year term 07/31/2021 07/30/2026 (using Ordering Periods). The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code applicable to this acquisition is 621492. The Small Business Size Standard for this acquisition is $41.5M. The Product Service Code (PSC) is Q401 Medical - Nursing. The solicitation will be issued as unrestricted. The solicitation is projected to be issued on or around May 26, 2021.
