Description

The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission intends to award a one year (9/1/2021 � 8/30/2022) sole source to the Communications Training Analysis Corporation (CTAC), 3120 Fairview Park Drive Suite 600, Falls Church VA 22042-4504 for the Drupal 8 Operation and Maintenance of CPSC.GOV as a Platform as a Service and CPSC�s Amazon Web Services. This is a logical follow-on to an original Federal Supply Schedule order. The Communications Training Analysis Corporation (CTAC) competed among several GSA Vendors back in Fiscal Year (FY) 2015 and won the right for the development and implementation of the Consumer Product Safety Commission�s (CPSC) current Web Content Management System (WCMS) Drupal for the CPSC.gov website. CTAC has been providing the ongoing operations and maintenance support of the CPSC.gov website since FY16 which they also competed for and won among GSA vendors.� CTAC also provides CPSC�s Amazon Web Services and implemented the upgrade from Drupal 7 to Drupal 8 with content revision work. �� In FY22, CPSC intends to release a competitive solicitation reserved for GSA Federal Supply Schedule Contractors. It is CPSC�s intent to award a task order in FY22 with a base plus four option years.� This notice is NOT a request for competitive quotes; however, any GSA contractor that believes it can supply the service may give written notice to the Contract Specialist via email at ggrayson@cpsc.gov, by 3PM EST on June 9, 2021.� SUPPORTING EVIDENCE MUST BE FURNISHED IN SUFFICIENT DETAIL, to the above listed email address, Attn: Greg Grayson, Contract Specialist.� NO TELEPHONE REQUESTS.� Responses will be evaluated:� however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.� If no responses are received, CPSC will proceed with negotiating a sole source award to CTAC.
