- Award Notice - PO 127EAU21P0028 for $22,260 Vendor: GFS Supply & Services Company, 120 Eagle Rock Ave., East Hanover, NJ 07936-3158� DUNS: 080306719 USDA Forest Service, Kaibab National Forest, North Kaibab Ranger Station has a requirement for supply of HDPE Pipe, DR-11, 1-1/4 inch diameter (200 PSI), 500 ft. rolls�to be delivered and off loaded at North Kaibab Ranger Station, Fredonia, AZ, 86022, under Commercial Items format.� � Questions should be sent to Purchasing Agent in writing before April 30, 2021, 1600 PDT. This solicitation is set-aside 100 percent for Small Business under the NAICS 326122�(750 Empl).� The Request For Quotations (RFQ) �will be made available on this announcement, on or after April 15, 2021.� Interested parties should submit an offer in accordance with the requirements of the solicitation.
