- PRESOLICITATION NOTICE RFQ #36C77621Q0315 BROWNSBURG PACKAGE 12 ULTRASOUND SCANNER May 7, 2021 The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Indiana (VHI) in Brownsburg, IN needs a contract for the procurement of a Phillips Healthcare Affiniti 70 ultrasound scanner (brand name or equal) as part of the initial outfitting of the newly constructed Community Based Outpatient Clinic being constructed in Brownsburg, IN. This notice serves as the synopsis of the proposed contract action in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.204 and FAR 5.201. The solicitation will be issued as a brand name or equal Request for Quotes (RFQ) set-aside 100% for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) concerns conducted in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13. The formal request for quotes (RFQ) will be posted to Contract Opportunities on/about Monday May 10, 2021 and quotes will be due on Wednesday May 19, 2021 at 1:00 PM (Eastern). To submit a quote in response to this notice, please follow the directions in the RFQ that can be found through Contract Opportunities at the RFQ number identified above. Questions of a technical nature will not be answered as part of this notice; however, all general questions may be submitted in writing to the issuing office via email at michelle.rhodes@va.gov.
