Description
Please see the Amendment attached below for changes Project Overview/Narrative The purpose of this project is to provide Camp Parks (US Army Reserve Base, Dublin, CA) with a camera/video recording/audio system to augment their existing simulation equipment. The rooms to be included in this scope are as follows; 1. Room 207 (Training Classroom and adjacent observation room) 2. Room 209 (Medical Training � ICU/ICW, PA Lab, Pharmacy) 3. Room 211 (Role 1 Critical Care Room and adjacent control room) 4. Room 213 (Medical Training � EMT, X-Ray, OR/CMS) 5. BLS Classroom The systems as presented here shall provide the following functional capabilities; a) Pan/Tilt/Zoom cameras located to record student interactions with the simulation manikins and equipment. b) Video recording, archiving, and recall server system. c) Camera control over each of the available cameras (camera control located in each of the two observation rooms) d) Microphones located and zoned to align with the camera systems, allowing the recording of audio that occurs in the various ""suites"". The audio will be matched to the video and archived in a single file. e) Ceiling-mounted loudspeakers that will allow any individual room or combinations of rooms to be address by an instructor/operator. Room 207 1. Three (3) ceiling mounted PTZ cameras shall be provided and installed. The location of installation shall be such that the operator/instructor can view the screen of the student computers. a. Each camera shall be individually addressable and controllable via the camera control system located in the Observation/Control room. 2. Audio-address to the room shall be via ceiling-recessed loudspeakers. 3. One ceiling-mounted, multi-element conferencing microphone shall be provided and installed to allow audio from the classroom to be heard and recorded in the control room(s). 4. The display remote control will be used to control power on/off and internal display speaker volume. ROOM 209 (Medical Training � ICU/ICW, PA Lab, Pharmacy) 1. Six (6) ceiling mounted PTZ cameras shall be provided and installed. The location of installation shall be such that the operator/instructor can view the screen of the student computers. a. Each camera shall be individually addressable and controllable via the camera control system located in the Observation/Control room. 2. Audio-address to the room shall be via ceiling-recessed loudspeakers. 3. Six (6) ceiling-mounted ""shotgun"" microphones shall be provided and installed in locations corresponding to the camera locations. These microphones will permit the recording and hearing of student activities in the zones of coverage. ROOM 211 (Role 1 Critical Care Room and Adjacent) Simulation Theater 1. One (1) PTZ, Low-light capable camera shall be provided and installed one the control-rom wall and facing the simulation theater. 2. One (1) ceiling loudspeaker shall be provided and installed to permit address to the simulation theater by the control room(s) Room 213 (Med Training: EMT, X-Ray, OR/CMS)Classroom 1. Six (6) ceiling mounted PTZ cameras shall be provided and installed. The location of installation shall be such that the operator/instructor can view the screen of the student computers. a. Each camera shall be individually addressable and controllable via the camera control system located in the Observation/Control room. 2. Audio-address to the room shall be via ceiling-recessed loudspeakers. 3.
