- THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION ANNOUNCEMENT. Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office 21 will be issuing a Request for Quote (RFQ) to provide Imaging Modules for Slit Lamps and installation at the VA Southern Nevada Healthcare System, 5406 E. El Campo Grande Ave., STE 150, Las Vegas, NV 89011. Please refer to the solicitation for a summary of the items requested and any additional procurement details. A Request for Quote using the following NAICS is contemplated: 339115 THIS RFQ SHALL BE SET ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESSES ON THE OPEN MARKET. Solicitation documents will be available on or about May 20, 2021. The solicitation will contain quote instructions. The Government intends to award one (1) Firm-Fixed Price Contract.
