Description: On behalf of the U.S Army Program Executive Office for Simulation, Training and Instrumentation (PEO STRI), Product Lead Training Aids, Devices, Simulation and Simulators (TADSS) Support Operations (PL TSO)/Deputy Product Lead Turn Key Training Services (PdL TKTS), and the Army Contracting Command (ACC) Orlando, a synopsis is being issued accordance with the requirements of FAR Subpart 5.2 Synopses of Proposed Contract Actions. Market research has been performed and the Government anticipates soliciting the United States (U.S.) Army Aviation Center of Excellence�s (USAACE) Flight School Training Support Services (FSTSS) requirements as a full and open competition. The FSTSS is a rotary-wing aviation simulation services requirement for USAACE, that is anticipated to be competitively awarded using best-value with a long-term (12 year ordering period). The FSTSS is anticipated to be a Single Award, Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) Requirements contract with annual Award Term Incentives. The Government is soliciting feedback from Industry on the FSTSS Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) and Draft Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs), and encourages all potential bidders to submit questions and comments on all aspects of the Drafts.� No hard copies of the Draft PWS or Draft CDRLs will be made available.
