PLACE OF PEFORMANCE USCGC ANTHONY PETIT KETCHIKAN, AK 99901 The United States Coast Guard, Surface Forces Logistics Centers, National Security Cutters Branch 2, Oakland, CA anticipates awarding this procurement to NC POWER SYSTEMS CO. the service listed below: OEM CAT TECH INSPECTION & REPAIR This procurement will be made on behalf of the USCGC ANTHONY PETIT, KETCHIKAN,AK. Vendor will provide the part/supply stated in the solicitation description. �NAICS Code # 336611�applies to this procurement. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. No solicitation will be issued, however all responses received on/before 0800 Pacific Time, MAY 24TH, 2021 will be reviewed by the Government. ��A determination not to compete this proposed contract based on the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals. �Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. All questions concerning this notice must be submitted in writing the Contracting Officer, email address is: barbara.falero@uscg.mil.�This will be awarded via Sole Source, to NC Power Systems CAT and this posting id is for informational purposes only. However if you feel this is not a sole source, please reach out to the PO listed�in FBO. The solicitation is restricted to: NC POWER SYSTEMS CO. Offers from concerns other than the above are not solicited. See justification for other than full and open competition attachment. If no affirmative responses are received by the date specified above to determine whether a qualified source is more advantageous to the Government, a purchase order will be negotiated and awarded to NC POWER SYSTEMS CO.
