- Description
- This is a Special Notice. The U.S. Department of Juctice, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), intends to award a sole source Purchase Order to RU2 Systems, Inc. pursuant to FAR 13.302, Purchase Orders. All communication regarding this posting shall be in writing and recieved on or before 10:00 am (EDT) May 25, 2021. Point of contact is Robert Radke at robert.j.radke@usdoj.gov. The proposed order is for Radar Speed Display Trailers for which the Government intends to solict and negotiate only with RU2 Systems, Inc. 2631 N. Ogden Road, Mesa, AZ 85215. A redacted version of the approved Limited Sources Documentation is attached to this Notice. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334511. A determination by the Governement not to open the requirement to competition based on the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Governement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotation. A Request for Quotation (RFQ) is not available. This is not a Request for Quotation (RFQ). Any source capable of providing the service and interested in submitting a capability statement may do electronically to robert.j.radke@usdoj.gov.
